Rental Rates - Mon Coeur
We have a minimum rental period of one week.
Arrival dates are different for both cottages to help cover different flight availability:
Mon Coeur is Saturday to Saturday
Ma Chaleur is Friday to Friday
This price includes electricity and gas for the hob. During the summer this price includes the cost of air conditioning
During the Spring and Autumn period, electric heating is included in this price, and we provide a supply of logs for the woodburner.
The Hot Tub is heated to 32 degrees during the Summer at no charge. It can be heated to 35 degrees for colder temperatures or to use at night, we no longer charge a supplement for this additional heating.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking price, payable by bank transfer or cheque. The balance is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. It is recommended that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances. Weekly changeover day for your holiday is: Mon Coeur - Saturday to Saturday: Ma Chaleur - Friday to Friday The cottages are available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Guests should leave their cottage clean and in the same state as they found it at the end of their stay. Pets are not allowed in the cottages. To cover any damage or breakages, we ask for a deposit of £170 when paying the balance for your holiday. This will be refunded within seven days of your departure.
